Looking for a Statutory Liaising Agency on monthly retainer basis.

Scope of work:

• To brief the Club's Advocates and Counsel with regard to Club’s ongoing legal matters.
• To update the Club Management about the pending legal matters and new matters arising if any.
• To interact on issues of the club with the statutory authorities / Govt. Agencies, etc.
• To deal with statutory compliances pertaining to MHADA , Charity Commissioner, MCGM etc
• To obtain necessary permissions for Club’s event, etc when required.
• All other work pertaining to clubs legal and statutory compliances.
